We’ve launched The Workers’ Inquiry: Public Services for the People of Scotland, a campaign putting workers’ voices at the heart of improving Scotland’s public services.
With the Scottish Government proposing major changes to public services, including reforms that could put up to 20,000 jobs at risk, we believe there’s a better way forward.
We’ll be hearing directly from workers across Scotland about what needs to change and what improvements would make a real difference to staff and the communities they serve.
Our public services need investment, not cuts. And the workers who deliver them deserve to be heard.
