Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons
“That this Congress notes that in the face of the danger of a new nuclear arms race, Congress agrees to support the efforts of Scottish CND to urge the Scottish Government to endorse the Treaty on the Prohibition of nuclear weapons, and to agree that, if given the chance, Scotland would sign it.
“Congress calls on the General Council to lobby MSPs and Scottish MPs to sign the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) Parliamentarians Pledge supporting and working towards the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.”
