STUC Women’s Weekend School - Enhancing Trade Union & Conference Skills
The STUC Women’s Weekend School is an annual event. The 2024 School took place on Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 August in the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel, Clydebank.
The school brings together women for a weekend of trade union education, learning, skills sharing, development, confidence building, empowerment, and networking.
A key focus of the weekend is to strengthen participants skills, knowledge, and understanding of trade union conferences and skills, and how participants can put what they’ve learnt at the weekend into action within their own unions and wider trade union movement.
