Never is my house clean enough.
Sometimes I drink too much wine.
Always I am hopeful.
Never do I cross everything off my to do list.
Sometimes the weans eat too many fish fingers.
Always I show up, always I am there.
Never does the fight end.
Sometimes I feel imposter syndrome.
Always I fight for what is right.
Never does my head hit the pillow without my conscience in clear check.
Sometimes, if all else fails, I just go in and shout.
Always will I find a way to fight what's unfair.
Never do the plates stop spinning.
Sometimes I feel Maw guilt.
Always feels like I’m wingin’ it…
