The STUC is available to hire for meetings, events, and conferences. We are a living wage employer and have the latest technology to run hybrid events.

The STUC employs over 30 members of staff to deliver the priorities of the General Council.

Richard Hardy is STUC President 25/26.

STUC policy is set by our Annual Congress, which takes place in April every year. Congress is the ultimate governing body of the STUC.

The STUC is Scotland’s Trade Union Centre. We represent over 550,000 workers through our 40 affiliated trade unions and 20 trade union councils. Our purpose is to co-ordinate, develop and articulate the views and policies of the Trade Union
