Hundreds expected to assemble in Perth to protest LibDem support for benefit cuts The Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC) today predicted that hundreds of people, led by disability campaigners would arrive in Perth tomorrow (Saturday 5 March) to protest at Liberal Democrat support for benefit cuts and changes to Disability Living Allowance.
