Members of the Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) in both the Scottish Government and Registers of Scotland have voted for industrial action in opposition to Scottish Ministers pay policy.
The Scottish Government is refusing to shift from its 2% cap on pay increases – a clear pay cut in the context of the 4.6% inflation rate.
In local government GMB, UNISON and UNITE are also balloting for industrial action with the result being known on 31st July.
