Scottish Union Learning Project Worker

£28,823.52FTE (pro rata)

The STUC – Scotland’s Trade Union Centre – is seeking to recruit a part-time Project Officer to support the work of the Scottish Union Learning Team. The post is based in Glasgow and offered on a Fixed Term contract to 31 March 2019.

Finance Assistant 

17hours - £27200-£29850. (pro rata)

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for the day to day financial administration across the organisation. This will involve providing support with various tasks including monthly Payrolls, Sage 5. transactions and the preparation of all supplier/customer invoices.

The Finance Assistant position is a 2.5days per week permanent post based within the STUC Finance Department.

Facilities and Administrative Assistant 

24hours - £27200-£29850. (pro rata per annum)

The Facilities and Administrative Assistant will support delivery of a safe and well-maintained environment for STUC staff, tenants and visitors, providing a first point-of-contact for tenants and for contractors engaged in general maintenance and repair. This role also performs an essential administrative function, with responsibility for the administration and delivery of the STUC Conferencing services and the provision of general administrative support.

The Facilities and Administrative Assistant position is 2. hours per week and is temporary until the 31st March 2019.
